Sonny Flint Surveys was set up to offer detailed measured and photographic surveys of residential and other properties.  Accurate plans and detailed photographs can then be made available to private house and flat owners, property developers, architects and interior designers.

​I offer competitive fees, make sure that the measured or photographic survey is scheduled quickly after appointment and generally deliver the requested information 5 working days after the survey has been completed.

I use professional digital Bosch laser distance and angle measurers, a DJI Phantom drone, and high resolution Canon and DJI Osmo Pocket cameras.

Drawings are produced using the latest release VectorWorks CAD (computer-aided design) programme and can be exported as PDF image files, as well as DWG or DXF files for AutoCAD users.

I hold a commercial drone pilot operator's license that allows drone flight over otherwise restricted zones like Central London.

Film footage is edited in Final Cut Pro, from which individual photo frames can be made available for closer inspection.
